In our experience, the most successful projects have full community involvement in all aspects of the design and planning. To this end, ODP has been an industry leader in hosting innovative "FanFests" in which prospective communities can meet our staff and enjoy games, mascots and proposed ballpark food items in a fun family environment. ODP FanFests are free events which feature members of the Major League Baseball Players Alumni Association (of which ODP partner Brooks Robinson is president) signing autographs, conducting clinics for children and coaches and participating in other festivities.

Most importantly, FanFests allow us to have exhibits and conduct forums to begin soliciting community input into ballpark design issues and operations.
